Be clear on this: Square Enix's terms forbid real money trading, which covers buying gil and paid clears, and they forbid letting someone else use your account. Square Enix posts weekly notices on the Lodestone listing accounts it has closed for real money trading. Buying gil or a piloted order can get an account suspended or banned.

No. Someone else logging into your account breaks Square Enix's terms, so a ban is possible.
No. Square Enix's terms forbid buying gil with real money and letting someone else log into your account, and it bans accounts for real money trading. Self-play on an Ultimate means you play your own character in our group, which is normal party play. We would rather you know this before you order.
