This policy gives you more than the law asks. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw, with a button on your order page.
Before a pro starts
Cancel from your order page any time before a pro picks the order up and you get everything back. No questions, no fee.
During an order
If you want to stop, or we can't finish, you get back the part we have not done. We work it out from your progress: divisions, wins or games played against what you ordered. You see the number before we refund it.
If something goes wrong (wrong champions, playing during your blocked hours, rude behaviour), use "Report a problem" on the order page. The order pauses and our team steps in. We fix it, give you a different pro, or refund what's fair.
After completion
Once you confirm an order, or 72 hours after your pro marks it done, the order is complete. We don't refund completed work, unless we got something wrong. Then we fix it or refund what's fair.
How refunds are paid
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments go back to the same card through Stripe. Banks take 3 to 10 working days to show it.
- PayPal payments go back to your PayPal account, for full and part refunds.
- Crypto payments are refunded as wallet credit, or back in crypto if you ask support.
- You can always choose wallet credit instead, if you prefer.
- The part you paid with wallet credit goes back to your wallet straight away.
- Cashback and referral credit earned on a refunded order are taken back in the same proportion.
What we can't refund
- Time lost to a game ban or restriction. Boosting can break a game's rules. We tell you the risk before you buy and we play by hand, but no boost is risk free.
- Orders where the account details were wrong or changed during the order, for the part that couldn't be played.
- Wallet credit, cashback and tips are not paid out as cash.
How to ask
Use "Cancel" or "Report a problem" on your order page, or open a ticket on the support page with your order number. A real person replies by email.
