How the job board works

New orders land on a live board that only shows your games. Each card shows the route and everything the customer asked for. Request what fits your rank and your hours, then agree the pay with the team in a short chat. The order is yours once you both accept an offer. You can hold a few orders at once, set per pro.

Pro ranks and first pick

Every pro has a rank: New, Standard, Pro or Elite. You start as New and move up after 3 completed orders. Your rank comes from your customer ratings, finished versus dropped orders, how fast you start and how many orders you completed over the last 90 days. Higher ranks see new orders a few minutes earlier, so good work turns into better picks.

Getting paid

You agree your pay for each order with the team before you take it.
Pay unlocks 7 days after the customer confirms. If they don't confirm, the order confirms by itself 72 hours after you mark it done.
Request a payout from €20, sent weekly by PayPal, crypto or bank transfer.
Tips go to you in full.
Disputed orders are held until support settles them.

What we expect

Say hi within 15 minutes of getting an order, start within a few hours or tell the customer when.
Play by hand, appear offline, use a VPN in the customer's region, keep to their roles and blocked hours.
All contact stays in the order chat.

How much can I earn?

You agree your pay for each order with the team in a short chat before you take it, so you know what you get before you play. Fast, well-reviewed pros earn more.

Do I need to stream?

Only for orders where the customer bought "Watch it live". You add the stream link in the order tools.

How do customers see my games?

For League, TFT, Valorant, CS2 and Apex we read games from the official or public APIs. For other games you log each game with a screenshot.

What if I can't finish an order?

Drop it early from your dashboard with a reason. It goes back on the board for another pro with the progress kept. The pay for that order goes with it, and dropping a lot lowers your rank, so only request what you can finish.

Which games are you hiring for?

Every game in the minimum peak rank list above. Pick all the games you can play at that level when you apply; the team approves each game separately.

Can I talk to customers outside the site?

No. All contact stays in the order chat. Contact details are filtered, and taking a customer off the site ends your time with us.
