Account and payment safety

What happens to your login, your account and your money, and the risks we can't take away.

The honest part

Letting someone else play on your account breaks the terms of most games. Publishers can and do restrict accounts for it. We lower the risk with how we play, but no boost is risk free and we will never tell you it is.

Your login

  • You add your login on the order page after you pay, never in chat or by email.
  • It is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is stored.
  • Only the pro assigned to your order can open it, while they work on it and not while it is paused. An admin can open it only to sort out a problem. Every view is logged.
  • It is deleted from our database when the order is completed.
  • Change your password after the order. It costs a minute and closes the door completely.

How pros play on your account

  • By hand only. No scripts, cheats, macros or third-party tools.
  • Appear offline is on, so your friends don't see someone else playing.
  • A VPN only in your own region, so logins come from where you play.
  • They never change your email, password, settings or cosmetics, never buy anything and never use your friends list.
  • They keep to the roles and champions you picked and stay off during hours you blocked. Pause the order any time to play yourself.

Boosts without sharing your account

Duo boosts and coaching keep you on your own account: the pro joins your party or watches and teaches. For most games this is the lowest-risk option. Look for "Duo boost" or "Coaching" on the game page, for example League duo boost or Valorant coaching.

Payments

  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay go through Stripe's own checkout page, PayPal through PayPal and crypto through NOWPayments. Checkout shows the ones open right now. Your card number never reaches our servers.
  • The server recalculates the price at checkout, so a page can't be changed to charge you something else.
  • Full refund until a pro starts, and a fair part back if an order stops halfway. See the refund policy.

Your account on our site

  • Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
  • You can turn on two-factor sign-in in your settings.
  • You can sign out of every device and download a copy of your data from your dashboard. To delete your account, open a ticket on the support page. The privacy policy has the details.

What you can do

  • Turn on two-factor sign-in on your game account if the game offers it, and tell your pro how codes will reach them in the order notes.
  • Never share your login anywhere except the order page.
  • Change your password when the order is done.
  • If anything looks wrong, press "Report a problem" on the order page. The order pauses and our team steps in.
