Your right to withdraw

The right

If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from an order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day your order is placed and paid.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is the Withdraw from contract here button on your order page. You confirm it once, and we email you a receipt with the date and time straight away.

You can also tell us in any other clear way: a support ticket, or an email to support@nextlevelboost.example with your order code. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over.

What you get back

If no pro has started yet, you get everything back: card and PayPal payments go back to the way you paid, and wallet credit goes back to your wallet.

At checkout you asked us to start your order right away. So if you withdraw after your pro has started, you pay for the part already done, in proportion to the whole order (for example 2 of 5 wins). We refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the way you paid, at no cost to you.

When it ends

Your right to withdraw ends once the order is fully done, because you asked us to start straight away and confirmed you knew this at checkout. Until then the refund policy also applies, and it can give you more than the law does.
