Endgame progress in Lost Ark runs through raids. The Kazeros raid has five parts: Act 1 against Aegir, Act 2 against Brelshaza, Act 3 against Mordum, Act 4 at the Fortress of Destruction, and the Final Day against Kazeros himself. Each one has a Normal and a Hard mode, split into gates.
Serca is a four player shadow raid with Normal, Hard and Nightmare modes. Horizon Cathedral is run in stages, and each stage asks for more item level and pays out more.
Every mode has an item level gate. Raid rewards follow a weekly reset, so each character can clear a raid once per week for its rewards.
The price depends on the raid, the difficulty and the number of characters. Hard and Nightmare cost much more because fewer groups can clear them reliably.
A Normal clear of one Kazeros act is usually one session. Hard modes and Serca take longer, and Nightmare can take a few attempts. If you order clears for several characters, we run them one after another in the same week.
Gold is sent by in-game mail, usually within a few hours of the order.
We don't promise a finish time. The calculator shows our own estimate and the order chat shows each step as it happens.
Weekly resets matter. If a character already cleared a raid this week, the next clear for rewards has to wait for the reset.
We play on North America and Europe. In August and September 2026 Amazon Games merged several NA East and EU Central servers, so tell us your current server name at checkout and we confirm it on chat.
Raids come as a full clear of every gate. Pick the difficulty that matches your item level, and the number of characters from one to six.
Piloted means a pro plays your character. Self-play means you join our group and play along. The price is the same either way. Your build, engravings and gear stay as you set them.
Gold comes in steps of 100K, up to 10M per order.
Lost Ark in the West is published by Amazon Games, and its terms do not allow account sharing or buying gold for real money. A piloted raid means someone else signs into your account. A gold order means gold reaches you from another player. Either can lead to a suspension or ban if it is detected.
