Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail has a level cap of 100, and each job levels on its own. Endgame gear comes from Savage raids, the current tier being AAC Heavyweight (M9S to M12S) in the Arcadion. Ultimate raids are the hardest fights in the game and reward a weapon totem and a title.
Leveling prices depend on your current and target level, and the last ten levels cost the most. Savage prices go up floor by floor, and buying all four floors of a tier costs less than the floors one by one. Ultimates are priced per fight, with Dancing Mad, the newest, costing most.
Gil is priced per million. The largest seller we checked charges the same on every data center, so the data center does not change the price.
Gil usually arrives within the hour once you are online on the right world. Leveling from 90 to 100 takes a couple of days of play. A Savage floor is one session with our static, so a full tier takes a few sessions.
Ultimates take longer. The fights are long and every phase has to be cleared in one pull, so the static books a schedule with you. We don't promise a finish time. The calculator shows our own estimate, and the order chat keeps you posted.

The calculator prices PC and Mac. Console orders need a pro on your PlayStation or Xbox account, so we quote those on chat.
Be clear on this: Square Enix's terms forbid real money trading, which covers buying gil and paid clears, and they forbid letting someone else use your account. Square Enix posts weekly notices on the Lodestone listing accounts it has closed for real money trading. Buying gil or a piloted order can get an account suspended or banned.

The calculator prices PC and Mac. Competitors charge a lot more for PlayStation and Xbox because a pro needs your console account, so open a support ticket for a console quote.
