MLBB is a phone game, so the pro plays it on a phone, Android or iOS to match yours. You can sign in with a Moonton account, Google, Facebook or Apple, and the calculator asks which one so the pro uses the same route you do.
On a piloted order you choose your heroes and lanes for free. With Play with us you squad up with the pro in ranked, each on your own account, and your login stays with you.
Moonton treats an account as personal, and letting someone else play it can lead to a ban. Moonton also runs its own detection for third-party apps, modified clients and map hacks, which is where most bans come from. We can't remove the account-sharing risk, so we keep it low and say so plainly.
The pro plays by hand on a real phone, with no mods, scripts or macros. They appear offline, play at normal hours for your server and only use a VPN set to your own region, so logins look consistent. They never top up, spend diamonds, buy skins or chat with your friends.
If you'd rather keep your login to yourself, choose duo boost or coaching. Both leave the account in your hands the whole time.

No. Protection can save a star on a loss below Mythic, which helps the pro, but the price is set by the stars you pick, not by how often protection triggers.
Losses happen in ranked. The order is for the rank or stars you chose, so the pro keeps playing until you get there, at no extra cost.
Yes, once ranked is open on it. Ranked needs a minimum account level, so level a new account first or ask us in chat.
At the start of a season, do Mythic calibration first. It sets your starting stars, then a rank boost covers the rest.
