We cover Destiny 2 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox, at the same price. Cross-play means a fireteam can mix platforms, so self-play works wherever you are.
Piloted orders run on your own platform account. Self-play needs only your Bungie name: you join the fireteam and play along. Your class and subclass are kept as you like, free.
Cross-save lets one Guardian follow you across platforms. For a piloted order, tell us which platform your active characters are on so the pro signs in there.
Self-play is ordinary fireteam play, nobody else logs in. Piloted orders mean a pro signs into your account, which Bungie's and your platform's terms don't allow, so a ban is possible. On PC Destiny 2 runs BattlEye anti-cheat.
